The Health Impact Project’s cross-sector toolkit for health

A wealth of resources and toolkit to promote healthier communities through cross-sector collaboration. The cross-sector toolkit for health contains resources that help communities, agencies and other organizations take action to improve public health. The toolkit offers a collection of HIAs, guides and other research to support policy-makers’ efforts to consider health when making decisions across sectors, such as housing, planning and education. The resource is good to assess health impact in planning projects in the USA. It is a useful resource for local, state and national governments to encourage them to include health considerations in policy decisions accross multiple sectors.
