Guiding Principles for City Climate Action Planning

Sets out guiding principles for climate action planning on the city-level, along with guiding steps for the planning process and case examples. Fairly comprehensive and sets out examples related to both health and UTP, but is not focused on either. The Guiding Principles are aimed primarily at city-level actors. They provide a common reference point for local officials and local planning practitioners, as well as other local stakeholders in cities around the world. Although it can also be useful for national and sub-national governments.
