City Prosperity Initiative

UN-Habitat’s City Prosperity Initiative is a global initiative that has been applied in over 400 cities across the world. It provides an innovative approach to urban measurements and assists decision-makers to design clear policy interventions. In terms of health, some of the categories, such as equity and inclusion, and the ability to compare across cities could be of use. Overview of some of the higher level indicators that are relevant to healthy UTP. Useful for decision-makers in cities covered by this programme and mayors and city leaders wanting to join the programme.
